Billy Joe (BJ) Elliott passed away peacefully at his home on Oct 8th 2016. Billy was born April 17th 1959 in Charleston WV. He is survived by his wife Barb, sons Micheal, Billy, Bryan, Shayne, four grandsons. He was greatly loved by his numerous friends and family.
